Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or addresses outside the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7–10 business days.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received it after 3 business days, check your spam folder, then email support@povdepot.com with your order number.

Address changes

Check your shipping address before you pay. If you need to correct it, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address only before the order is dispatched.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery time above, or it arrives damaged, email support@povdepot.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and the packaging. We will trace the shipment, and replace the item or refund you in full if it is lost or arrived damaged.
