<p>POV Depot sells one camera: a refurbished (open box) GoPro HERO13 Black, model CHDHX-131-RW, US version.</p>
<h2>Who we are</h2>
<p>An independent camera retailer in New York, NY. We are not GoPro and we are not an authorized GoPro dealer. We buy open-box and display units of one model, check every one of them, and sell them with our own warranty.</p>
<h2>What we do</h2>
<p>Every camera is inspected, cleaned, reset and updated to the current GoPro firmware, then test-recorded before it ships. If a unit does not pass, it does not ship. What you receive is described on the <a href="/pages/condition">Condition</a> page, and nothing on that page is softened to make a sale.</p>
<h2>How we work</h2>
<p>One price, shipping included, to the contiguous United States. Delivery in 7–10 business days with tracking. 30 days to return the camera. A 1-year limited warranty provided by POV Depot.</p>
<h2>Our promise</h2>
<p>If a camera arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, and we pay for the return. If you email us, a person answers within 1–2 business days.</p>
